Chris Sator

CEO & Principal

  Chris has helped many clients realize significant business, financial and operational benefits
  using numerous cloud technologies as the foundation to their digital transformations. This
  includes solving for easier application resiliency, disaster recovery and operations as well as
  addressing their user’s need for better mobility, communications, collaboration and security. 
  He pioneered a modernized governance risk and compliance (GRC) approach that enables a zero-trust
  pro-active and automated way for DevOps to avoid drift and decay of desired standards.
  His strength is envisioning the conceptual architectures required for a solid business case and 
  timely deployments.

Chris spent his 30+ year career helping many organizations move from traditional to modern
technologies and led that charge in roles as CTO, Chief Strategist, and Senior Director of
Professional Services while building the cloud practices of several service providers like
Rackforce, Onx Enterprise Solutions, Terago and FlexITy to name a few. He oversaw solution delivery
across their many clients in various industry verticals throughout Canada and the USA.

Andre Noenchen

VP of Services & Principal Consultant

 Andre brings the benefits and experiences of having worked on major IT initiatives with hundred’s of
 businesses and IT shops globally for over 30+ years. This provides unique and broad perspectives on
 leadership, business, technology,  architecture, disaster recovery, operations, and governance.
 Andre’s ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical project teams alike,
 coupled with strong communications skills, has made him a valuable leader of change and
 transformation initiatives.

These experiences all come together to provide guidance and leadership to Thinkwise’s focus on cloud
enablement, IT resiliency, and disaster recovery; ensuring that the strategies we create, solutions
we implement, and operations and governance we enable with  / for our clients are successful, high

Neil Greenberg

CISO Principal Consultant

 Neil Greenberg is an effective leader of high-performance teams in security, security architecture
 and risk management. Depth of competency extends within the security field across the Financial
 Services, Telecommunications, Information Technology industries, and Federal Government experience.

Over the past thirty years, he has the experience and the track record of guiding and implementing
integrated, leading-edge solutions and processes that achieve enterprise goals to meet business
needs. He has gained extensive knowledge in security analysis, corporate risk management, and
experience designing and implementing enterprise security solutions.

Roger Patrick

Cloud, DC, DR & Container Principle Consultant

 Roger Patrick is a seasoned IT professional and Principal Consultant at Thinkwise with over 25 years
 of experience in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation. He specializes in
 delivering cutting-edge solutions for hybrid cloud environments, disaster recovery, and container
 virtualization, helping organizations achieve operational efficiency, resilience, and scalability.
 Roger’s expertise extends across multiple industries, where he has driven transformative IT projects
 through strategic planning, technical innovation, and effective leadership. Recognized as a trusted
 advisor, Roger is committed to aligning technology solutions with business goals, ensuring seamless
 integration and long-term value for his clients.

Radu Scaunasu

 As an experienced and skilled professional, Radu possesses deep knowledge and technical abilities in
 public / hybrid / private cloud, virtualization, Microsoft technologies, backup, and disaster
 recovery. He is highly analytical in design, implementation, testing and troubleshooting, ensuring
 that solutions are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in a secure manner. His experience working
 with clients’ production environments with mission critical infrastructure, applications and data
 is always performed using good & best practices, leveraging proper change and release management
 process, and undergoing rigorous pre-planning, back-out planning, and testing. Radu’s many years
 of experience in technical infrastructure and operations roles gives him the ability to relate and
 truly understand the challenges our clients face.  His broad technical experiences, from
 Azure / AWS cloud to most major vendors across virtualization / server / storage / networking
 further strengthens his deep and broad infrastructure skills.

Ron Stier

UC Business Consultant

 Ron has over 35 years of telco and IT sales consulting experience with several of the major IT
 integrators and telecom service providers. This experience includes identifying and qualifying
 customer needs and requirements as they relate to unified communications, contact and call centres,
 security, infrastructure and cloud solutions.

 He’s committed to building strong trusting customer relationships at all levels to help solve
 business challenges with an ability to articulate a strong value proposition that addresses
 business success. Always focused on understanding and meeting client needs to drive 
 outcomes.

Nympha Lee

Marketing Director

 Nympha is no stranger to the technology industry, bringing over two decades of marketing strategy
 highly focused on how Cloud technology aligns, integrates and translates into clients’ business
 success. Prior to her recent decade with cloud solution providers, she came from Microsoft where
 she was responsible for launching Windows Azure into the Canadian market. Her exposure into the
 cloud catapulted her into leadership positions as Director of Marketing and Communications for 
 PX Solutions, FlexITy and OnX where she managed the corporate marketing of a $750M cloud provider.

The early chapters of her career development has been at AMD, Advanced Micro Devices whereby she
managed large-scale demand generation programs. At AMD, she built her career as a Product Marketing
Manager, launching products in Desktop, Notebook and Motherboard markets. She eventually landed a
senior role as a Global Marketing Manager working with top OEMs in NA, EMEA and APAC. Her desire 
for fast-paced industries began working as Software Manager at Bell Canada and has since pursued 
her interests in technology and marketing throughout her career.

Honoured as a panel speaker at the CDN Women of IT and an active member of the IT Partner
community, Nympha received her MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and holds an Honours Bachelor
Degree in Mathematics from University of Waterloo.

Eric Tossell

Lead Integration Specialist

 A detail focused integration specialist with effective communication skills and a passion for
 improving operational aspects of IT as well as business process workflows. Eric comes from a
 programming back ground that he has augmented with technology infrastructure from Microsoft 365
 deployment and administration, to Azure migrations and deployments. He has the talented ability
 to apply code based approaches to Azure using Terraform Infrastructure as Code for consistent
 deployments and change controls, or can leverage the deeper value in Microsoft 365 by applying
 “low code” Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps to solve business problems.

Has a deep appreciation for ensuring a good customer experience by remaining attentive to their
needs and listening effectively. Employs clear and direct communication to overcome technical and
non-technical hurdles.
